Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Washington, D.C. — In an unprecedented gathering, the Alliance Against the Islamic Regime of Iran (AAIRIA) is set to host a major press conference that will expose the extensive terrorist activities of the Islamic Regime of Iran. This rare and pivotal event promises to unveil groundbreaking insights into how the regime’s actions continue to jeopardize global security and peace.

The conference will spotlight firsthand testimonies from victims and survivors directly impacted by the regime’s brutality, providing an intimate look into the human cost of its relentless pursuit of power. Join us for this crucial discourse as we uncover the untold stories that underscore the urgent need for international action.

Speakers

  • Kajal Haji Abbasi: Widow of Fattah Abdoli, assassinated in the infamous Mykonos Restaurant attack in Berlin. Kajal brings a deeply personal perspective on the loss and ongoing impact of state-sponsored terrorism.
  • Golaleh Sharfkandi: Niece of Dr. Sadegh Sharfkanid, also a victim of the Mykonos Restaurant assassination. Golaleh advocates for justice and remembrance of the forgotten voices silenced by terror.
  • Parviz Dastmalchi: Survivor of the Mykonos Restaurant Assassinations, Parviz’s miraculous survival, and his subsequent activism shed light on the resilience of those who stand against tyranny.
  • Fardad Farahzad: Renowned anchor for Iran International, Fardad was the target of a foiled assassination plot by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps. The plot, planned in the UK, was initially intended as a car bomb and later shifted to direct assassination. This alarming episode highlights the regime’s persistent threats against its outspoken critics.
  • Roxana Levinson: Niece of Graciela Levinson, who was tragically killed in the 1992 bombing of the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, and Jaime Plaksin, a victim of the AMIA bombing. Roxana represents the extended global community that has been profoundly affected by the regime’s oppressive actions.
